Work which cannot be undertaken by a person on the DBS Barred List, including providing personal or health care to children. Also working in specified activities (such as teaching, caring for or supervising children) or in specified establishments (such as schools, children’s homes and childcare premises) on more than 3 days in a 30-day period, or once overnight between 2am and 6am with the opportunity for face-to-face contact with the children.
